Welcome back to High on Christ! Grab your popcorn, because the world’s first trillionaire and a California congressman are going at it in public.
Let’s see what our crazy world’s been up to.

The Bullets
Christian Giants: MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred told Sen. Josh Hawley that the three Giants pitchers who wrote Genesis 9:12–16 on their Pride Night caps “were neither fined nor disciplined, nor will they ever be”.
Carlson Walks Away From the GOP: Tucker Carlson says there is “no chance” he’ll back the Republican Party, blaming the Iran war and U.S. support for Israel. But he won’t join the Democrats, either.
Iran Truce Frays: The 60-day US/Iran ceasefire is wobbling as fighting drags on in Lebanon and negotiators meet in Switzerland, with Trump warning he could “hit Iran very hard again.”
FIFA Declares War on Ketchup: Enforcing its “clean stadium” rule at the World Cup, FIFA had workers tape over the logos on ketchup and other condiment bottles. Heinz laughs & releases a limited-edition “Unofficial Stadium Ketchup.”

Spiritual Perspective
Two powerful men, a lawsuit threat, and a debate challenge, and somehow we’re all watching.
It is easy to pick a side.
But Scripture keeps pulling our eyes higher: “Put not your trust in princes, in a son of man, in whom there is no salvation” (Psalm 146:3). Whether a man is worth a trillion dollars or holds a seat in Congress, he cannot carry the weight we keep handing him. Render your opinions and cast your votes, but set your hope on the King who never loses.

Inspiring Quote
