I know. That’s why I thought of you.

Seven are in the hospital. Six are little kids :(

How'd that even happen?

They sold it as “pet food" so no safety checks were really needed.

Total legal loophole.

The farm’s sanitation was flagged. But they won’t name it.

That’s insane. Why do people even drink raw milk?

Some people think it's healthy? Apparently RFK Jr. has promoted it.

It's crazy they used a legal loophole though…

Guess even the law isn't protecting us

All things are lawful, but not all things are beneficial… am I using that out of context?

Kinda, but whatever. E coli is not on my list of beneficial things

Democrats Flee

Texas Democrats are such cowards!

They fled the state to stop a vote from passing.

You mean the new congressional redistricting map?

That map is rigged.

It’s a hack to give Republicans five more seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The redistricting is legal and necessary. It reflects the population growth.

Nothing wrong with making sure Texas values are heard.

Manipulating district lines to favor your party is called gerrymandering.

And it dilutes the votes of Black, Latino, and urban communities.

It’s to help better reflect Texan values, not hurt certain communities. If Republicans get more seats as a result, Democrats need to learn to accept it.

But instead, the fled the state, and the vote to redistrict couldn't meet quorum.

That’s right. So no vote can take place. I think they’re just taking a moral stand.

They should be fined for their dereliction of duty.

It’s sad this also delays flood relief and other urgent bills.

That I can agree on. We need leaders who serve people and not just chase power.

Yeah. “Do justice, love mercy, walk humbly with our God.”

Amen. Let’s pray for leaders who actually live that out.
