Kid, got some news that'll sweeten your day. McDonald's is partnering with Krispy Kreme.
Really? That’s dope! When's this happening?
Starts this year, donuts hitting all 13,500 US McDonald's by the end of 2026. Krispy Kreme’s going big time.
So, I could grab a doughnut with my coffee by then? Which kinds are they planning to sell?
The classic trio - Original Glazed, Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles, and Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled. All day, every day.
Sounds like a sugar rush waiting to happen. What’s in it for Krispy Kreme though?
Expansion. They’re doubling their access points, reaching more doughnut lovers.
That must have their investors stoked.
Like they hit the jackpot. Krispy Kreme's stock soared nearly 40% after the announcement. Sweet deal, huh?
It is. But, thinking of Proverbs 25:16, "If you find honey, eat just enough— too much of it, and you will vomit."
Wise words. Moderation in all things, even when it comes to doughnuts at McDonald's.

Hamas Captive Abuse

We got a situation. Amit Soussana, an Israeli, was grabbed by Hamas on Oct 7. It's ugly.
Oh no, that sounds terrible. How is she now?
Got out in November after a hostage swap. 55 days of being beaten and worse. Recently, she started speaking out.
What did she say?
She said she was sexually assaulted, under a gun's threat. Locked and chained in a room. It's a horror show.
That's so sad. Is anyone doing anything?
Well, the UN’s yelling about sexual violence during that attack.
But Hamas? Denying everything.
It feels like there's just no justice.
The world’s a harsh place. But, speaking up like Soussana’s doing, it’s powerful.
True. Reminds me of Psalm 10:17-18. "O Lord, you hear the desire of the afflicted..."
That’s deep. We gotta hear it, too.
By bringing darkness to light, we push closer to a world where such evil can't hide.
