Welcome back to High on Christ! What if the future of your church ran on artificial intelligence? One company has bet nearly half a billion dollars that it will.

Here is what the world is up to.

The Bullets

Church, Meet AI

There's a company trying to become the tech backbone for churches, and it's bleeding money.
What company?
Gloo. Think AI tools, apps, data, and donor software, all built specifically for churches and ministries.
And it's losing money?
A lot. About $438 million over 13 years, and it's going public this week to raise more.
Who's behind it?
The founder built Blockbuster and Boston Market, and the former CEO of Intel is on board, pitching AI "for good and for God."
So is this a good thing for churches?
Depends who you ask. Some love having modern tools made for ministry. Others wonder if the church needs a Silicon Valley makeover at all.
Fair question.
It is. And a lot of money is riding on the answer.

Spiritual Perspective

There's nothing wrong with good tools, and they can genuinely help. But our faith has to stay rooted in God's word itself, the one thing that still holds when every app and server goes dark.
