The Bullets

  • The Tates, arrested again: U.S. Marshals arrested Andrew Tate and his brother in Miami after British prosecutors filed 38 new charges, including rape and trafficking. Andrew Tate is a controversial “manosphere” personality.

  • Nine nights and counting: America hit Iran for the ninth night in a row, aiming at its power to attack ships. The war has now killed 17 U.S. service members and wounded more than 430.

  • Russia pounds Kyiv: Russia fired one of its biggest missile barrages yet at Ukraine's cities, killing seven people. Ukraine says it knocked down 18 of 41 missiles.

  • Cameras on: After two deadly traffic-stop shootings, ICE agents must now wear at least one body camera during vehicle stops. At least seven people have died in immigration operations since early 2025.

  • Spain on top: Spain beat Argentina 1 to 0 to win the World Cup, with the only goal coming deep in extra time. The night ended with a trophy, and a brawl.

The House just voted to cut off ALL American aid to Nigeria
All of it?? Why?
Until their government proves it's protecting Christians and prosecuting the killers.
Wait, is it that bad over there?
Nigeria is the deadliest place on earth to be a Christian. Most years, more believers are killed there than everywhere else combined.
I had no idea.
But cutting aid... doesn't that hurt the same people we want to help?
That's the debate. Regular Nigerians could lose food and medicine if their government doesn't act.
So why do it?
Supporters say years of asking nicely changed nothing. Money talks.
And Nigerian Christians? What do they want?
Many have begged Washington for years just to notice them. This is the loudest answer yet.
Is it law now?
Not yet. It still needs the Senate and Trump's signature.
Praying it actually protects people and not just politics.
That's the right prayer.

Spiritual Perspective

Is cutting aid wisdom, or will it backfire on the people it's meant to protect? Faithful Christians can land on both sides. What's not up for debate: "Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them" (Hebrews 13:3). Pray for the Nigerian church, and for wisdom in Washington and Abuja.
